Flag of Scotland

The Scottish Flag is the oldest national flag used in modern times. It has not changed since the 9th century. (See History of Scotland for more information)

Simple, this flag is made of blue and white. A white X-shaped Cross coming on a blue field.

The flag of Scotland is a tribute to Scotland patron Saint, Saint Andrew, who was martyried on a cross and according to the legend conducted King Angus to victory.

The scottish flag is inserted in the Union Flag wich is the United Kingdom official flag.

Today, the only official blue to be accepted for the Scotland flag is pantone 300.
